This place is for LICENSED professionals only, no it is not open to the public, you need a cosmetology/barber/manicurist or esthetician license to buy from here (and they request a license number.) we went to school for 2+ years and spent over 20k on classes so YES we get discounted salon products, its one of the perks. Thank you I love this place and I don't think it should receive a bad rating just because it is not open to the public...

I can always count on this store to have what I need or be able to find it! Love that it is family owned and operated. Lisa is extremely friendly, helpful, and really knows her stuff!
