I used to love going here. I feel the service has gone down hill since they first opened. Some of the girls are super rude and not very customer friendly. I thought it might be a one off so continued to go but still am finding the same disappointing situation. I won’t go here again as I think there are better places where you can be relaxed and not treated rudely.

Kim and the crew at royal nails are top notch! The moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are pampered and at ease. They always stay late for my sister in law and I. They also are very up to date with today's nail designs and aren't satisfied with their work until I am. I highly recommend them. Go see what you've been missing!!!!

Not even a one if you want a full set acrylic don't come here. you ask for long nails they give you short you ask for coffin, they charge you $5 more you ask for a different nail polish for $5 more. My normal place was closed and decided to give this place a shot and you make a comment they start speaking their own language to each other and laughing. Not professional

Very. Rude and unprofessional staff. I asked the technician to change my nails from coffin to round. The owner Kim yelled out.and said 5.00 more, and then when I questioned her about that was unusual, she continued to yell some more that it is extra work. Not true, I have been many times and you always have a choice of shape. She than continuid to talk loud in her language for 5 minutes about the situation. I couldn't wait to be done and out of there. I will NEVER go back.

This place is terrible. The only members of the staff who were nice to my friend and I were the people taking our money. There was even a staff member sleeping on one of the two couches, which meant that some waiting patrons were standing while they waited.
Not only were our nail techs rude to us, they clearly weren't trained properly. My friend got an acrylic fill, and the tech snapped her nail IN HALF. That's not the worst of it; the nail tech completely ignored the fact that her nail was snapped in half and painted right over it. My friend was in so much pain that she had to soak the nail in acetone and remove it.
I got a gel manicure, but the nail tech did not let it set for long enough. My nails look incredibly streaky, and the edges are ALREADY peeling up. It's only been two days since we went and both of our manicures are falling apart.
This place is not worth the time or money. Go to Rose Nails instead. Half the price, and much nicer staff.
