I've been coming to the place for five years and dealt with everything because they did a good job, but recently the quality of their work has gone really down. I wasn't able to make an appointment for anytime for 2 weeks because they won't pick up their phones.

The ladies are decent with mani/pedi deals but they can't handle anything else. They rarely pick up the phone and even when you're sitting there, they barely speak to you. I had to ask 3 times how long the wait was and each time, they said 5 minutes. I ended waiting there for over 45 minutes before giving up. It was pretty ridiculous. Never going back.
