I tried this salon for the first time today. I was skeptical after reading some of their reviews and looking at pictures but decided to give them a try anyways. I called this morning and was able to make an appointment for later in the day. I had to wait about 10 minutes but was very nervous and ended up walking outside. The owner Lina ended up coming after me and told me the nail tech was ready for me. She reassured that the tech I would be sitting with was good at ombré and I went back in. My experience with Todd was amazing. He was professional and did exactly what I wanted! He fixed one of the broken nails I came in with and was quick but did a great job filing and even cleaned the underneath of my nails.
I am glad I decided to give this place a shot and will be returning to Todd from this point on.
Thank you very much for a job well done and a special thank you to Lina for reassuring me her nail techs would take great care of me!

The nail tech didn't know how to properly file my nails. They were crooked and when I told her to fix them she had an attitude and ignored my request.
However, the owner reached out to me and offered to redo my nails. I appreciate the fact that she wants her clients to be happy and is willing to make up for her employee’s lack of professionalism.
I have upgraded my rating to a 3 star. After her service, I might upgrade it again depending on the results.

If you plan on making an appointment, don’t bother. I made one and when I got there they seated me for a pedicure, filled the foot bath with cold water and left me sitting there for 30 minutes. I eventually couldn’t wait any longer so I got up to leave and that’s when someone came to tell me to sit back down because someone was about to come help me. I told them no because they had already had me waiting 30 minutes when I made an appointment and they proceeded to tell me that they were busy. So what is the point of making an appointment? Not only did I leave unhappy but I left with wrinkly feet, will never be going back and will never recommend to anybody.

My first time was nice. My second experience started off nice. I showed the tech the design I wanted and was told that it could be done. After sitting for a hour it comes time to do the design and all of a sudden it couldn’t be done because every tech was too busy to do it, no offer to wait for a few minutes, no attempt to figure something else out, it just simply couldn’t be done ( after saying it could be). I was unhappy and mentioned that I wasn’t going to pay for my set because it’s NOT what I wanted. The manager then stated if I wasn’t gonna pay for my incomplete service she would soak my nails off while calling the police. Then after taking my AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD 2 weeks prior, this time they don’t take Amex🤨
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DESIGN.... NOT EVEN A SIMPLE ONE

Dont ever come here if you like to be abused physically by the workers and your service rushed . I repeatively told the lady how I wanted my nail and she was upset because I didnt do gel . She then rushed my service providing lact luster service. She did what she wanted to do even with me telling her how I wanted my nails Exactly! I went to the manager victoria and asked to fix my nails and the lady followed me hitting me in my arm multiple times saying she would fix them . I already implied I no lonher wanted her help . She grabbed my personal belongings and kept hitting my arm . I should honestly press charges !
