I never ever leave reviews but I had to in this case. I’m not going to lie the first few times I went here I had no complaints. One day I went and the worker told me I should try Powder it’s best for your nails, so I got powder. It came out beautiful, when it was time to get them done over, they did the normal process, soak in acetone, then take off. But I had no idea Powder is ten times harder to get off than Gel. The worker began using that electric file, then put my nails again to soak in acetone, then electric file and manual file, until it all came off. She then proceeded to say Powder is no good for your nails. I looked at her and said but you told me 3 weeks ago it’s good for my nails. She ignored what I said and said to me, you can be a hand model you have pretty nails. She finished and put Gel. Now let me just say my nails were naturally long without the Powder, they were long after I left the salon with Gel polish. It wasn’t until a few hours later that I realized everything I touched, my nails hurt like hell. A few days later all of the Gel started to chip. I did not want to get the filing done again because my nails were already weak from the. Powder removal. So I removed with foil and acetone. It came right off BUT my nails were paper thin and was to late to save them, the damage was already done from the Powder and repeated filing. I put harder on my nails thinking maybe they would get stronger. NOPE! I had to cut my nails so short you would think I’m a nail biter! Please Avoid POWDER! And know that this place will tell you anything to get a few extra bucks! They don’t care about the health of your nails at all!! Wish I could post photos of my nails, before and after. Just Horrible. Now I’m walking around with bandaids on 2 of my finger nails because it’s bleeding and to sensitive.

I should of read the reviews before i went. I went for a matte finish.. I called ahead and specifically said I did not want opi top matte gel coat, it is not matte (its more like semi gloss). I asked for gel nails with regular matte finished, on the phone she said we will do it. When I asked her for the matte finish, she said she couldn't do it, that she can only use gel matte top coat. They are liars, and just to get me there told me what i wanted to hear.. I'm very unhappy with my nails. Never going back... poor costumer service, liars, and do not give clients what they want.. there are plenty of nails salons, make a better choice!!!

This place constantly changes its prices. I have been going to his place for years, and each time I get my nails and eye brows done, the price that I am charged varies. One set of prices are located in their pamphlet displayed at the door on the table, but the woman or man who does your nails will provide with you with something different. Maybe depending on how they feel? I'm not sure, but I personally will not be returning to this nail salon EVER.

Terrible work on nails. Super expensive for inadequate quality.
