By far one of the WORST nail shops I've ever been too!!! Not only was she rude to me but my family as well. She did a rush job on my nails and smeared my polish twice blaming me while having paint on her hands! The foundation is terrible and when I asked her to fix it she refused as if she had other customers waiting. There was NO ONE waiting. I would not waste my time or energy at this place. I always wondered why it was so empty I see why now. Do not spend yout money here!!!!!!!

I asked her do she understand before I sat down. Then she proceeds to clip my nails before laying on the full set and I'm like hold on are you gonna leave those sharp edges on my real nails and just lay that gel over it, she says yes, and I said why, and she said I don't understand and then began backing away as if because she didn't know she wasn't going to finish and I said well can I just use the nail file myself and she said no, so I'm like huh? And I canceled the whole thing. It's one thing to not speak English but then to not understand the demographic you choose to service is just plain disrespectful. It's sad really, because this place is always empty and despite the talent that ONE WOMAN has (because the rest are old and really don't give a hoot about your nails or the quality they just want your money) it still doesn't garner enough customers and I see why. I told her the last time I came this happened and after 4days my real nails started chipping in the corner of my nails. It was literally a fail.

Love this place.... Meme the owner has a great attitude with fast service. Pedicures are amazing they really take their time during cleansing and polish.

if I could give zero stars I would!!! mice were running around and when I screamed and told the nail tech what I saw she completely disregarded me.. there was only one nail tech and she was going back and forth doing my nails and two other girls as well.. she put the tips and acrylic on and then told me to go and sit for my pedicure while she finished another girl's nails she came over and filed my nails horribly I might add she got an attitude with me when I asked for coffin tip.. my nails look like I've had them on for weeks now like I need a fill in smfh (I'll post a pic) the service was all around terrible and after I saw the mice (mice not mouse there was more than one) I was too through they will NEVER EVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!
