I have been going here for a couple of years and i have always had a good experience. Mai does a great job and i like the other girls that work here as well. It's a tiny place and nothing too fancy but they do a great job and the prices are reasonable..... To me those are the most important things.

Magic Nail? More like magic trash. Worst manicure I’ve had. As a tourist, I would not recommend this business. Customer service and service below poor.

Should have known this wasn't a good place to go when I saw there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. Customer service was horrible. They do not honor what is listed on their price list. The lady that did my nails was rude, impatient and rushed through doing my nails. I asked her to soak my nails and she told me it would take too long and then proceeded to pop them off. She doesn't know how to talk to people and did not properly know how to do my nails. I will not be returning and do not reccomend anyone to spend their money here.

I think this is police report or lawsuit criteria!!! Only my third experience with this establishment. The first, I’ll admit was pretty good. I even raved about them until I returned 3 weeks later when I made a mani-pedi reservation for my mom, MIL and I for some girl time which was not the greatest, but we rolled with it (although that experience could be another review in and of itself)

I went in earlier today to have them fix a few of my nails. Never was I nasty, or demanding I even explained what I think happened in a way that gave them the benefit of the doubt and was really patient. All I needed was my topcoat redone for a few nails (I got their dip powder just a couple days prior). Mai must have had a really bad day or was upset that I was going to take 5 minutes of her day.
I did not understand what was happening but I could tell Mai was angry. As Mai was buffing my fingers (because it was not just over my nail!!!) I look at my mom in unbelief with my jaw dropped because I could not believe what she was doing to me. She took the buffer over a few of my fingers making superficial cuts on my thumbs, index fingers and one of my middle fingers. Needless to say we walked out after that. It’s been 8 hours since we left and my fingers are still burning!
Luckily it was my birthday and I asked my husband for a dip powder set and drill for my birthday so I was able to put the top coat on myself when I got home.
Happy birthday to me 😑
