Anne and Dough is the best! Anne is my nail technician but when she's unavailable, I will see dough. Overall, I enjoy coming here. All the staffs are kind and the environment is very nice.

My nails were done beautifully! I got hand and toe acrylics that were filed just right! Just what I needed after 4 months of quarantine😊 Thank youuuuus

Visited the store on 7/9. Store didn't have alot of customers which was good considering Covid. Nail tech did an awesome job with nails. The downside is that the store was not very clean. Open soda cans and water bottles were left on counters, windows were dirty and dust was everywhere. Quite a few nail techs were sitting around which made me wonder if anyone saw the dirt. I also didn't see any sanitizing of nail stations or chairs.
Sadly, the salon appears to have gone downhill since it first opened. They've definitely lost me as a customer.

Took my wife for her birthday. We both got pedicures but they provided us with a "rush job" asking for money before nearly finishing. There were some extra charges that were not made known prior to the services provided. I just feel like they could have provided better service and made the entire cost more transparent rather than trying to tack on things during the process. Will not be returning.

I went to the salon at about 12:45PM without an appointment. I was asked what service I wanted. I told them I wanted to get my gel polish removed and I would be back later for additional services (was on lunch break). The guy called someone over and started talking a different language. That was fine because I thought maybe it was easier to explain in their native language. However, they started laughing and say "only take off". I felt like they were laughing at my request. I ignored their rude behavior and was seated. The technician proceeded to scrap off the gel polish with A FAKE NAIL. He was so rough on my pinky that he cut me and made me bleed. He looked at it and told me that I was okay. He didn't ask if I was okay, he told me I was okay. He pulled out a tool and put a head piece on it. He proceeded to put that on my bleeding finger. Once he was done, he placed the head piece back in the box without sanitizing it. I didn't see if he saved the fake nail. At the end of the service, the technician apologized with a smile/laugh. When I got home, I put antibacterial cream on the cut. My nails are uneven and patchy. I will see if I can put pictures of my nails. The only thing they did right was get me in and out. Horrible service otherwise .
