After faithfully being a customer for several months, I will no longer patronize this business. I called before I went and Jenny herself said to come in and they were still open. I get there and she locked the door!!! I simply needed 1 nail fixed, ONE NAIL that I had just gotten done several days earlier by one of her techs. Needless to say I went to Kim’s (owned by her husband) and have been going there ever since. Better customer service, and yes I told him flat out about his wife’s ignorance, and never a long wait.

The pedicures aren't what they use to be. The workers are less friendly. They tell you to go to the back for your pedicures and you sit back there for an additional 20 minutes. Same thing with eyebrows. It used to be great.

Worst place to get ya nails done got my done las week and they started coming off 3 days later then when I get there a nail was lifting and she said that I had to get that done when I get a refill like what I’m JUST got them done they shouldn’t be lifting or nothing like the are y’all serious then gon say did I bang my nails no and when I do they NEVER brake smh as you see in the picture that she didn’t even try to find my color and She didn’t even try to find the same sliver smh they are bad service don’t waste ya money. Lil update another nail popped off

I wish I could post pictures!!! This place is beautiful on the outside and DISGUSTING inside!! Flies, funk and inexperienced nail techs.
There are very few inclusive of Jenny that knows what they’re doing. “Romeo” did my nails, within a week, I was back because the base of the nails lifted—ruining my real nails!!!! The second time I came to him was worse!!!!!
STAY AWAY!!!
The room with the wax had dirt everywhere and looked very unsanitary!! 🤮🤮🤢
