I have been going to Style Masters Salon for 25+ years. I love everyone there, they are very flexible, if you need to get in quickly, anyone there can step in and take care of you.. They all are up to date with the best in cuts, color and styles. I have recommended Style Masters to several of my friends and family and everyone is very pleased with their services.

This was my second appointment since I'm a new customer at Style Masters. My last appointment included partial foils-double process and a choppy-layed cut. I was pleased with the outcome (4/5 stars). I went yesterday for "touch-up" with base color and no cut. I get home and was horrified since the color that the stylist used didn't even match. Also, stylist suggested no cut this time but didn't layer my bangs. I ended up having to trim them myself when I got home. I was not pleased with the outcome (2/5 stars). Here's the break-down on my limited experience: PRO: I like that one stylist does cut and color. Large menu with reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Aveda color and products available on demand. Easy to get appointment. Rewards system allows one to redeem points for service or products. CON: Cramped parking lot with no designated handicap parking. Interior desperately needs a face-lift including fresh paint and chairs that aren't taped together with duct tape. Milieu isn't relaxing (it reminds me of the Hair Cuttery). Customer expected to know what services (partial, full, touch-up etc...) are needed when booking future appointments. I was really excited when I booked my first appointment because the location was close to home and the salon carried Aveda products. Sadly, my excitement was short-lived as I'm already looking for another salon.

I was very disappointed with this salon and had a horrible experience. I went to get root touch up done....well let me tell you I left the salon like nothing was done to my hair. On top of that, their services are overpriced and the owner couldn't care less about the customer satisfaction. When I told her about my dissatisfaction with the service, her answer was "you need to pay more money if you want us to do something more" ???? Is she crazy like I was going to let them rip me off for more money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Everyone in the salon is friendly and helpful. I always leave happy with the cut I have received. I miss Rachel, but am happy for her in her new role as a mommy!!

Lovely atmosphere, welcoming staff, exceptional service. I love Ellen; she is an artist and a true professional. I recommend this salon to all.
