Extremely disappointed with this business, for my first time ever receiving a pedicure I’m not the type to complain but I have not only contacted an extreme case of fungal infection
I literally received this pedicure around 3 weeks ago and I started to feel as if my toe nail was hurting due to a minor cut from the nail filler the pain was unbearable I decided to go get checked out with the doctors , just so that they could tell me I indeed had contacted some type of infection. For anyone who’s interested in any kind of pedicure here I recommend you go else where, they need to learn how to properly sanitize all utensils before taking “care” of their customers. 👎🏽

This place is amazing. I've gone to many nails places in Lancaster and they normally do a good job the first couple of times and then the quality starts to decline. That's not the case with Pampered Nails. They're detailed, they take their time, the product they use y high quality, and they're super friendly. I highly recommend this place.

My first time coming here and my last, unfortunately I had a bad experience. I asked the lady if they could do the ballerina cut and she rudely responded with "idk what that is. We do what we have there " and two of my nails were left crooked :( I'll go else where next time. Even if I pay more, but it'll be worth getting better service.

I had a wonderful experience compared to many other salons in Lancaster. Van & Hana we're very polite, kind and professional.The salon was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I definitely plan on going there again.

First time here on my first impression I thought the main lady had a bad attitude talk kind of strong but VAN changed my mind about the whole place she was so sweet and baby can she do a pedicure she will message the heck out of legs and feet she took her time and made sure I felt good she turned on some jazz music and I was so relaxed I almost feel asleep. She didnt rush me although there was someone elae waiting she did my polish excellent. I have been trying to find some where so I won't have to go to ,LA. I have been on bed rest for 4 months was finally well enough to get my feet done and im glad I googled this place I will be back 😘
