Very nice nail technicians, great job on pedicure. Fair price. I have found my new place, will not go anywhere else. Can't wait to go back. It's been 2 weeks and still no chips in my polish.

When I went in, I was waited on immediately; however, there was a language barrier because the gal who gave me both the mani and pedi, spoke very little English. That in itself was frustrating but when she slopped the nail polish on my toes and it ran underneath the large toe, she didn't bother to clean it but wiped it with a dry towel. Then she haphazardly trimmed and filed my nails. When she proceeded to begin applying the polish, I asked her to finish removing the ragged edges on my fingernails and round them because I don't like a square look. Another technician had to come over to finish what she didn't know how to do. Then the original gal applied the nail polish. It was applied so thickly that it evidently didn't dry even when I sat under the nail dryer for15 minutes rather than the10 minutes that they advised. I went to pick up a few groceries and when I got in the car, I saw that my nails were a mess. So much for a professional looking manicure. I will NEVER go back to that nail salon. Not only did the gal not know what she was doing but her sterilization of the items she used was not acceptable.

Worst pedicure ever!
My mom and I went to this salon to have pedicures together. It was her birthday so we were really looking to spend quality time together, and enjoy a relaxing pedicure.
When we arrived they sat us in chairs that were nowhere near each other. We asked if we could be moved to be next to each other, and they did accommodate us.
We then waited an hour for our services to begin. Once it had begun, my mom received hers first. We were trying to explain to the nail technician that she had fake nails on her big toes that would need to be soaked off; the technician had no idea what we were trying to say. The technician was trying to soak them all off. We continued to let her provide the service as we could not get her to understand what we were trying to say. My service didn't even start till she was finished with my mom.
She rushed through both pedicures. Cut my nails after I asked her not to. Gave the worst massage and the polish was even sloppy.
My mom did receive two acrylic nails on her big toes with nail art. I just had the pedicure. My moms service was 50.00. I was shocked! There is no way that the service she received was worth 50.00. As mine was 29.00, also not worth it.
The woman who provided the service only performs pedicures. You would think she would be a pro. If you would like a fantastic and relaxing pedicure, this is not the place to go!

Today is our second visit to this salon. We've had Sally do our nails both times. She takes her time, and pays attention to details as she shapes the acrylics. She is happy to adjust the length however I want them. Today, she had painted candy cane stripes and a snowflake on mine. I'm content with the service here, and we'll keep coming back.
