3/25/21 today I received Gel color on my fingers by Num and he did an Excellent job and Lea gave me an Excellent pedicure. Overall I Love going to TT Nails because Sandy and Num makes me feel so welcome. Also Jessica Love is a Sweetheart. They are True Professional, Friendly and kind toward everyone.

Me and my mother went to get a pedicure. We got regular nail polish because we where under the impression that there nail dryer works. As they finish are nails they tell as we can sit in are car for an hour and let are nails dry. In the beginning they should of told us that there dryer is not working and gel would be the best option and that wouldn’t have been a problem. Then one of the nail tech told my mother to get out and tried to force her to leave she was being very aggressive and mind you we gave them chances to recorrect there mistakes.

My initial experience here was bad. I came here because reviews were good and said they spoke English but all I heard was them talking in their native language. It's rude to do that around customers, how do we know that you aren't talking about us? Then there was the nail tech I got. I could barely understand her. She didn't speak English well at all. Others in the salon were easier to understand. Then I kept having to point out mistakes in her work. Rough edges mostly, but there are places she should have added more acrylic because it didn't reach the edge but she just filled down my natural nail to eliminate the rough edge. These are going to look terrible as they grow out. I paid extra to have chrome polish put on, which the tech first told me I couldn't have. I asked her why not and she said something about powder. I had no idea what she was saying but she did get one of the men to get the supplies for her. She then didn't know how to do it so had to have a man come finish for her. He did a better job than she did but after I left I noticed that the nails have craters in the surface which ruins the chrome effect. The chrome wasn't evenly applied either, there is a lot of the base coming through. I'll return and request the man who finished my nails. If he doesn't do a good job then this place is hopeless.

I love this salon. I have built a relationship with all the nail techs and they are always welcoming and kind and do good work. They take the time to offer you a beverage, pick your colors if you aren’t sure, and ask about you to build rapport. I don’t go anywhere else. They’re the only ones I trust. 10/10
