I love this place!!!!It covers every need I have without the hassle and rudeness of the Post Office.Each time I have been in for any service from notary to just buying stamps,I have been greeted promptly,politely and things are always taken care of efficiently!
The store is well staffed,convenient and has excellent hours.
I highly recommend for all packaging,mailing,returns, private mailboxes--you name it.
I will continue visiting this store,it is well worth it.

I had a UPS Store back home (Outside of Detroit), that I did a lot of business with and would converse with the owner and staff and got to know them very well throughout my time off shipping things sold on eBay. I feel like Paul and his staff get it and are beyond personable and build great rapport worth each and every customer, just like the store back home. It's good to know that in a vertical where everyone tries to undercut everyone via price, Paul and staff go out of their way to befriend everyone walking through their doors.

I'm a regular at this particular location because service is top notch! All the staff here are so helpful and attentive! Paul, the store manager, greets me by by first name and always provides me with first-class customer service and goes way above and beyond in helping me with my business needs as well as personal errands such as notary services. He truly makes my life much easier -- I bring in my shipments and he takes care of everything for me with care and precision. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Paul and team!!! You guys rock!

The store manager is always super pleasant and helpful! Will continue to come to this store, even after moving farther away, just for the guaranteed positive experience each time.

During the Christmas madness of 2019, I had a very fragile, expensive, and oddly shaped package that needed to be shipped from Florida to Washington state. Packaging this fragile item was no simple task. I was able to see this package unpacked (by Skype) and I was beyond pleased with the care and attention to detail taken to pack this item. The package arrived in perfect condition and when I was told it would arrive. Thank you so much for the time, care and consideration you took in packing and sending this item.
