Worst Macy’s I’ve ever been to! Their selection of clothing is horrendous and the styles never seem to get updated. Purses and shoes have a pretty decent selection but if you’re under 65 years old, you might want to order online or go to a different mall. The sales girl in the lingerie department walked off while I was shopping and never came back! I stood at the register for almost 5 minutes waiting for her to return before leaving all 6 bras on the countertop. I’ll stick with online ordering.

They always have a great selection of purses and wallets here for women. I also love the furniture they offer and the home decor. I only wish that they had more mens wallets, the ones they had were nice, just not exactly what I was looking to get for my brother.

Macy's is one of the high-class stores in the United States they have everything you could think of as far as clothing and Jewelry Furniture bedroom stuff world's best

I don't know why the lady behind the Lancome counter needed to be so rude to me because I was browsing the products I came to purchase. I figured out my own shade match (no thanks to her) and will just buy it on the website directly. I guess she profiled me. Their counter service sucks.

Some times getting through to an agent takes a bit long but other than that Macys online shopping has saved me yet again this holiday season. Returns were so simple and easy.
