DO NOT sign up for the auto-pay membership. They charge me $60 every month, after I have cancelled membership, signed the cancellation form. They refunded 2 months, but continue to charge me, and I have had my calls ignored, and cannot get my money back. If you sign up for this, be prepared to give them $60 for the rest of life (or close your checking account) because they will not help me.
*original reason for canceling was an injury, but that’s another review story.

I was a lash model and had a pretty good experience. The women that did my lashes was very nice. I was a few minutes late to my appointment and they were still freindly. I have had some fall out since my appointment earlier but they still look good ! I only have two complaints. When you sign up to model , they don't tell you that your expected to tip and I feel that they are overly adamint about it being $20 or more. Tipping is supposed to come from the heart , I feel. Well I tipped my lash lady $20 anyways because of her patience and friendliness but it bothered me a little that they didn't mention that in the post and well - not everyone has the same financial situation. The only other thing that bothered me was that I made my appointment under my first name but I don't use my first name on social media for personal reasons. We had a misunderstanding of the day and time and the manager I had consulted with , mentioned in the comments that my appointment was listed under my fist name. Stuff happens , I had an overall good experience. My lashes look cute and the place was well put together.

I have been going to Amazing Lash for about three months now maybe more! The staff is super friendly and very professional! The place is always beyond clean! :)
Lashes? I love them! Not once I had problem with my lashes... lash bath is always offered to me, the lashes hold on strong and prices are very affordable comparing to other places in town! Highly recommend. ❤️

My first time going I was happy with my set so signed a contract. Within days most of my eyelashes had fell out so 10 days after my first set I call they get me in quick and when I show up they tell me that I need a new set not a refill and need to reschedule. I drove from Coweta to get turned away and they have my money so they don't care. I have called them to speak with manager to get put on hold for 15 minutes was told she left at 5 and she was gone before 430. Go somewhere else who take care of there customers. I just want my money back. They should owe me for gas miles and wasted time trying to deal with them.

Worst service I have ever received. Lashes never stayed on kept falling off went 3x in 1 week for them to fix it and kept falling out waist of money and time. I came for one of the appointments for them to fix at 3:00 like I had been emailed and when I got there they told me my appointment wasn't til 4, I showed the woman my email saying 3:00 and she said idk why you were pushed back. Had to wait around for an hour to get the lashes fixed for the 3rd time and that was the last time I went. This place is a scam and horrible customer service.
