I like to have a personal connection with personal beauty providers. Reading reviews on another platform I found several that commented that they’ve been with Anna & other stylists for years. I called and got an appointment that day. Clean, friendly, stylish salon with fun energy between staff and regulars. I got my first powder dip set and a phenomenal pedicure. I didn’t know the benefits of dip over other options and they explained it so easily I just went for it. Definitely a fan of the dip! As I sat for my services I watched 2 customers behave in socially unacceptable ways towards these women providing non essential beauty services. What is wrong with people throwing tantrums in public?!? We need to do better as customers because the 2 previous reviews on this platform are also “keyboard tantrums” from entitled women who accept no responsibility for their own behavior and the normal reactions of a small business owner. Thank you Anna & crew. I’ll be back, hopefully with your salon full of like minded clients!

When I called in advised new client, made an appointment for Pedi and filled. I wasn't advised needed cash for Tips. My previous shop accepts card. No sign was up. So after the services I was paying she said pay with cash tips. I explained no cash on me. She looked around as if I was trying to NOT pay.
I told her I would come back with TIP! Which
I went back left tip for Both tech's. Nails came out good. So for that reason rated low.I did suggest that she advise new clients. The policy at that shop. I'll go back to full service salon.

So I went here twice the service was always cool, I went to go pay and gave her an old hundred dollar bill and she made me feel like it was fake she made sure everybody had an option about it , which by the way is embarrassing, she suggested I pay cash app like I’m really bout to give her a fake hundred and embarrassed myself, so I paid with my debit then I go to deposit the hundred in my bank and it was fine , it goes to show people are so quick to judge and loose customers over something so simple , I always tip each person who tends to me a 20 n nothing less, Iam not gonna be coming back here.
