Clean & prices are on the high end of typical but, they do a nice job & take their time when you use ONE operator. I have twice let them “rush job” with one girl for hands & one for feet & it didn’t last as long. I also dont like them putting a pillow on my lap to Pull -at my arm instead of taking their chair as they should to get to the other side to do left or, right hand separately. But with ONE girl and using the mani table for hands & chair for feet it’s lovely results & my mani lasts a full week- no chips (my rel nails).

The nail tech pinched my toes during my pedicure. I didn't realize I was bleeding until I got home. When I said ouch she grabbed my foot aggressively. The tech who did my gel manicure was nice and she did a great job. This was only the 2nd time I've been to this salon because my Daughter recommended them but it may have been my last. My 1st experience was really good but not this past time. They didn't even offer a discount and had nerve to ask for a tip. I give great tips but not this time I wasn't treated very well. My toe is still sore and just now healing weeks later. I pray I don't get an infection as they didn't seem to be concerned about wound.

Absolutely disgusted! I came here for acrylics and may I say that 1. the nail artist was incredibly rude and frustrating to work with. Next, my acrylic breaks less than a week later. I lost a whole nail. I take care of my acrylics, I can make them last for a month at most. Please do not pay for acrylics here; go to Joelle's salon and day spa. Ask for Jessica she is the sweetest!
