I only go to this place as a last resort. It is in need of an interior update and definetly lacks the staff needed for a busy summer day. When I went the last time, there were 6 people waiting and only 2 techs. The other decided to take his break and catch up on his tv series as we all waited.

Pat at T&N Nails has been my nail tech for several years. In comparison to other salons I've visited, none can compare -- from the manicure and pedicures to keeping up with the latest trends with polish, designs, etc. Pat is the best at what she does. She's efficient, precise, and most importantly, understands the wants and needs of the customer. I'm a satisfied customer if I receive quality service, which I have always at T&N. There have been times I've had to wait, but the level of performance makes up for that. I've never been disappointed by the service performed by Pat.

I went to the heavy set lady. Her English was not the greatest. I got a pedicure for $30 and I am bleeding on my toe and she put this Green solution on my big toe. When I left out the bleeding started again and has now ruined the shoes I have on. Then I soaked off my gel nails and got her to do SNS. I am now bleeding on 6 out of the 10 nails. I have attached pictures of all of the Green solution on my nails due to the bleeding. She was never sensitive.
This place was very unsanitary. She used the same washing utensils for my feet as she did for the customer before me, the trash can was flithy and the pedicure bowl was not washed out before she sat me down.
I am used to Nail Technicians speaking in their native tongue but she was telling across the shop. Then she kept asking was I ok. I kept saying I'm in pain. But she said nothing.
I met a few women who said they loved the shop and had pretty designs on their nails and feet but another technician did all of those ladies I saw. I just moved in the area and I am trying to find a new nail shop but this place will not be it.

Pat is the best! Stop in and check out the newly renovated shop. Definitely one of the best on this side of town!
