Love this nail salon I’m from mobile al move here almost a month ago and they did a really great job on my toes and nails the best ever and I been around lol I’m 37 years old loving my feet’s the most a really good cleaning I give them a five star ⭐️ and I never do reviews but baby I had too oh and so friendly feels like I been going to them all my life!!!!!

I was referred to this place by friends claiming great customer service and a good job. After my first visit, I wasn’t impressed, the young woman that did my nails was so incredibly rude and left most of my nails crooked even after I asked her to fix them. She said my nails are naturally crooked and I just needed to look at them from a different angle. I then decided to give them a second chance, this time I had three people doing my SNS. Not a single person was pleasant and my nails are crooked again. At this point I will not be returning and I’ll bring my business back to nails fantastic where my nails strangely enough, aren’t claimed to be crooked beyond repair.

My nails turned out cute but lasted barely a week. I got the SNS done here after a coworker referred me to this location. The place is very unclean and the nail tech didn’t say anything to me the whole time until I was leaving a tip. If you want cleanliness, quality service, and relaxing environment; then I highly recommend going to Nails Fantastic..it’s less than 10 minutes from this place.

The place is beautiful and really clean, the girls are courteous and they follow the rules of the covid...

This was my favorite nail place until today. I pointed out politely my freshly painted toenails looked lumpy. The nail tech I showed it to agreed. She immediately went and grabbed my original tech to fix the job (which he was more than happy to do because he saw it too). As he was removing the polish one of the other nail techs (he's usually at the front desk) walks over to find out what the issue was. I tell him, my polish looked lumpy. He quickly snaps (without ever seeing the original job) and tells me it's due to my lumpy nail surfaces and not a bad paint job. If even that were true who says that to a customer?! I've never had this issue and if that's the case, then y'all need to train your techs on the art of buffing! Then to add insult to injury he continued making comments when I came back to get the color re-applied. I'm not a picky customer so to raise my first ever concern and be met with such rudeness has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll take my lumpy nails elsewhere from now on. It's a wrap!
