Owner has a nasty attitude and speaks to her workers in the same manner. They need a better system in the order in which they service customers.

This place is terrible. Rude and unprofessional customer service. The skinny lady Annie is the worst. I was getting a pedicure and she started to file the gel off of the woman next to me. All the stuff flying all over me. She paid no mind to me. When I told her about the 6 th time. She said you can move to another chair if u want. This in the middle of my pedicure!!!
Meanwhile the girl gave me a mani pedicure in 35 mins. What the hell??? I could have done a better job myself
Then she seems pretty upset when I give her$ 5 tip.
I only went here because it was close and I was going on vacation and didn’t have time to get to my regular place in forest hills.
I would not go here again. $ 25 for sloppy job..
They only care about the gel customers.

I love this nail salon. Annie is a wonderful person who knows how to treat people. They are clean and fast. I always leave happy and satisfied. Thanks to my daughter who introduced me to Annie. I've also recommended a few of my coworkers to her and they are very happy customers.

The skinny looking lady is very rude. It's all about money for her. There was another woman there who was very good. I stop going there because of the skinny lady.
