Came in to get my arms waxed, when I called she said it was $10, whether that was true or not. Seemed a little low but didn't think to much about it. I came in and she asked me to take off my shirt, and I asked really? and she said how else was she going to do it. Then she started to wax my armpits and I told her, I want my arms. And she said I know we do both? So I thought they considered them together. After she finished, I reminded her what we just talked about, and she still acted like she didn't know. She then did the arms, and I was charged 50 dollars total. Which makes no sense at all if the "arms" were only 10, especially since I never came in to do my ARMPITS, i get I was still charged but she obviously OVERCHARGED me.
Not to mention they looked awful, they weren't waxed completely. There was still hair in patched on my arm. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately this place has no knowledge on what customer service is, they do not know time management and the concept of an appointment. The focus in this review is the owner and hair cut person named HELEN. If she considers you her regular and the next time you come for a haircut and decides to go with a different stylist, she takes that personally and either that stylist gets fired or she won’t entertain you whatsoever. My wife and I came into 99 hair on July the 11 2015, we called hours before to make an appointment with Dan, Helen was the one who confirmed and answered the phone. We arrived and nobody entertained us or gave us any status on how many clients are left before it was our turn. 1 hour has past and finally we inquired, it turns out that HELEN never informed DAN that we made an appointment. HELEN taking the matter personally that when we decided to go with DAN for a haircut made us wait and made us feel uncomfortable. HELEN of 99 hair is completely unprofessional. You have been warned; avoid this place at all cost. My family and I are never going back to this place.
