Can’t keep appointments. Don’t go here. I was drawn to this place because it was a full service salon and it was close to my house. The first time I went here they had completely lost my appointment but they were eventually able to get me in and did a decent job so I gave them another shot. Today I went to my appointment and they eventually found it in the computer had me sit down and wait 20 minutes beyond my appointment time. When I went to complain the receptionist told me the lady had taken another client and to keep waiting. I was furious. I had been a early to my appointment and she took another client?! They also never asked me if they could get me a water or anything else to drink. I will never be going here again.

Solace Spa has very poor customer service.
I had my white blouse colored black.
Soaking wet from neck, side to side of my shoulders to the waist line.
Katie only took the hair dryer in her hand, another customer came and told me to go dry my self in the bathroom, and wash my blouse at home right away. A good thing I had brought an extra blouse with me in case of getting wet. The blouse is totally ruined. The blouse very wet and water was dripping down as if it was taken out of a bucket and 28 degrees outside and I suppose to walk to my car under this horrible condition.
The disaster did not STOP here, my hair was colored black and I am light brunette.
I mentioned to Katie that it is too black as soon as she had washed my hair. Katie said once she dries my hair it would go to gold, but never did.
High lights look as if I had them done eight months ago. Then one more mishap with the bill. I was told that I would receive 20% discount and also had a gift card. The cashier only gave 10% and took my gift card. Another woman comes and says I did not pay as I was about to depart. I said here is the receipt of my credit card and then she said that cannot be done this way.
My skull was burning had to run to a friend’s home to wash my skull.
I am black jet and not light brunette or light blond and just a less than thin high lights that begin half way from my hair down
Very poor horrible customer service and experience
The massage and the cleaning lady are the nicest and best and the only professionals at the Solace Spa.
I would not recommend this place for nothing except the massage.
Paying to be abused and leave very disappointed and extremely unhappy.
I would never go back to Solace Spa.

My gel refill looks good, but the lady, Susan, who did my nails was very rude and impatient. She used her own nails to push my cuticles back and drew blood while filing one of my nails. I went to this spa to have a relaxing time, but I ended up having to say “Stop, you’re hurting me” repeatedly to someone who was careless about doing their job.

Good place, however they dont let u add the tip on a credit card transactions. Seems a bit shady that they possibly want to avoid paying taxes on tip. Please correct this.

Spoiled my wifes mothers day gift. Gave me a hard time when we returned to tell them of their professional lacking service. Theres more but I refuse to revisit that day NOT COOL SOLACE
