Several people had recommended me to try Tender Touch 3. And I finally went today and am beyond pleased with their service. Dee did my nails she took her time and was super sweet. I will definitely be going back!😊

Everyone who works here is very friendly and always able to fit us in when we call. My husband loves getting pedicures... Tammy is the best!

I have been coming for a few months after yesterday i will be taking my money elsewhere!!! Guy who did my nails rushed. Was mad because I told him I wanted my WHOLE nail polished because he kept missing spots. Did not ask me how I wanted my nails shaped just assumed and shaped them square round. Did not clean or let me wash my hands before polishing them so the nail polish dried with particles in it. Also did not put any oil on my cuticles! Spoke with manager she made every excuse in the book for her rude employee. Saying they do it differently for every customer. I usually get my nails toes and eyebrows done here but never ever again after yesterday. I don’t mind paying and tipping for quality customer service but this place will never see another coin from me

Make sure you check your bank statement after it's all the way posted I got charged $10 extra when I paid with a card. I went to talk to them about it and they have me back the $10 and said they would call their card company just want others to know and be careful when paying with a bank card.

As a new mom I don't get much time to myself and was very much looking forward to getting a manicure. Unfortunately this was ruined for me.
The lady rushed me when they did not have the color I had my heart set on. She became visibly upset & rude. Pushing me to just pick one. I was finally pressured into getting a color I did not want at all.
She then proceeded to do my nails very quickly, the finished product was something i could have done at home for free with my little sister. It was sloppy and looked cheap.
Not only that but the UV machine she used to harden the polish actually burned me several times. It was quite painful to stick my hands in the machine over and over. I pulled them out and had to shake them it hurt so much and she pretended she didn't even notice. 30 minutes after the manicure and the tips of my fingers were still hurting. I have never experienced this while getting a manicure before.
Definitely will not be returning.
