I’ve been visiting THE Salon for two years and leave looking my best each time! Becky and her team do a wonderful job making me feel at home during each visit. I highly recommend visiting THE Salon if you’re in the Orlando area!

This is absolutely a joke. The company on Parkway Plaza will not receive any money and we will not recommend this place to anyone. Here's the beginning: appointment was made and we showed up ready to get out hair cut. It was with Andrea, who honestly should have never received her cosmetology license. When cutting my fiance's hair first, she did not have the knowledge to cut a hard part into his hair, even with the fact that a line already existed and all she had to do was take the clippers and go along the same line. Notice I did not put an s on line. Instead, she makes a separate line so now he has two lines on the side of his head. His hair was not even cut one length.
Let's move on to mine. Same concept, hard part but this time because I instructed her to do so she did make only one line. Didn't wet hair when cutting it so again, it was uneven and there were still lines in my hair from the hat I wore previous. She blamed it on me for wearing a hat. Then as I realize, she didn't even cut the hair the same length. After explaining we do not get hair cuts often bc we are growing hair for wedding, she has messed up what we have worked for months trying to do. This is only the beginning.
My fiance contacted first to try to resolve the issue and the snobby receptionist continued to disrespect him and hang up on him. She then threatened to contact police because she stated it was harassment. Sorry sweetie, but nobody is harassing you. You were paid for a service which we were not satisfied with. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and doing everything to make sure that everyone in the area knows of this salon and how unprofessional they are. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Use with caution

My sister and I were just on vacation here last week and decided to get our hair done. We both went for cuts but I wanted to color mine in purple. My sister has pancreatic cancer and I was doing it for her. She hasn't smoked in a few months but Rebecca made her grin, giggle, and look even MORE BEAUTIFUL.
She did such an amazing job with my color that I cried true tears of joy. I just want to thank her and her precious receptionist for the best experience of our trip.

They need to go back to school to learn how to do the work that they do!!!!!
Terrible job very bad energy in this place all they did was talk about other people.

Wonderful customer service in a convenient location (plenty of parking) and best of all Becky was super fast !
