My daughter bought me a gift certificate to this spa after much research. As human beings all we want is equality. Of course this is not what I received. My gift certificate entitled me to a manicure, pedicure and a massage. I opted not to use it all at once. I simply wanted a pedicure with gel polish. Christie was the technician assigned to me. At first glance she seemed pleasant and efficient. To my dismay, this was incorrect. Another customer was brought over a chair over from me, she was offered wine, tea, water and coffee. I was offered nothing. She was brought a glass of red wine. Then another patron was brought over to the vacant chair next to me, she was given a bottle of water. Christie asked what kind of pedicure, I advised a gel pedicure. She handed me this folder and advised I should pick from there instead of the folded one that came with my certificate. I chose a honeymoon spa pedicure for $48, to my surprise this does not include your regular pedicure. I have been in the service industry for over 25 years, this had to be one of my worst experiences ever. $82 for a pedicure and she did not even cut my cuticles. $48 to get my feet rubbed and $30 for gel polish. The price is irrelevant, the poor selective service is despicable. I'm sorry my daughter did not know any better. Ana was the masseuse, she was no better. It's unfortunate that such a nice place can be so deceitful and over priced.

This was my 1st visit. I love the decor. I received the 1hour massage package and it was amazing. It was very relaxing they dim the lights and have soft music playing in tge background. The body oil/ lotion that they use is light and has a very clean scent. I fell asleep twice. I would recommend this spa to a friend.

My mother and i enjoyed the time there today! Very professional offered me water and anything else. Staff was so professional and amazing. They took me to another level, i bought a package and received so much more. Thank you!!!

I have been going to salon for about a year. I go to Diana for waxing, regular and gel manicures and Spa pedicures and I am never disappointed. Nail polish always last a long time and is very neat. Diana has a lovey way about her adding to the spa atmosphere. Coffee, tea, water, or wine is offered to clients. I go to Susan (also lovely) for my facials and I feel they are the best I have ever had. I prefer going earlier in the week as the salon is not as busy and you can really enjoy your time there. I appreciate the high level of cleanliness and the use of the autoclave for clean instruments.

I visited the Spa several times last summer when we lived in Shelton for three months. I have yet to find a Spa that can compare to CoCo. The service is excellent and the well trained staff is out of this world.
