Very friendly and welcoming environment however the quality definitely does not match the price. I gave them two attempts and got gel nails with no chip polish. They looked incredible right after they were done but both times the nails barely lasted two weeks, nails started popping off left and right and my no chip polish chipped.

The ladies at 4k were so nice to take me as a walk-in today between their appts. The work was done thoughtfully & efficiently - never felt rushed. I had a really nice convo w/Anne while having my polish done. ❤️

The nail tech here is so rude and disrespectful, ESPECIALLY if you are black. I tried to go and get my nails done today, this will be the third time I am going to this place. I get the same length every time I go here. Today all of a sudden the nail tech tells me that it’s going to be an extra $10 I was so confused because I get the same length every time. And I always pay an extra $5 for my length which makes it $35, and I never get anything special done, regular polish but I like my nails long. This lady then tells me that it’s going to be an extra $10 and I’m like asking her what is the problem, and she just out of no where gets so angry and is raising her voice for no reason mind you I did not do anything disrespectful to her. This isn’t the first time she has done something rude to me. There was a time I had a broken nail that I needed fixing she opened the door telling me they were busy and I should come back and she was literally almost pushing me out the way so she can shut the door. I’m SPENDING MY MONEY FOR THIS CLOWN TO DISRESPECT ME?! It’s truly disgusting. AND It’s truly unfortunate because she does nails well but she is RACIST AND DISRESPECTFUL. I will never be going there again.

So I just got my nails done here. First, they told me it was 5 dollars cheaper over the phone than what it actually is in person. So I paid 40 for acrylics. They RIPPED off my old nails totally insensitive to the health of my nails or the pain it was. And then they rushed through every aspect of it. The shortest time anyone has ever taken. It took them maybe 40 minutes to do everything.
