I’ve been going here since 2015. I use Katie (owner) for my nails, and Ivy for my pedicures. Both are amazing and popular with requests. I recently got my nails and pedicure done by Ivy and she did amazing. Always great service, and friendly staff.😊

I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN!! If you want to be cut up and bleed from aggressive and untrained nail techs, or treated poorly, then you will love it here. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
I tried here several times, and was always disappointed. The first time I was told they were busy. I saw no one waiting. I thought they could have at least asked what service I wanted, to see if perhaps it would be quick (like an eyebrow wax), but I was simply turned away. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, as someone was in each of the 4 nail technicians' chairs. So I left.
I came back another time, was seen, and the french tips looked like they'd been done by a 2nd grader. Still, I didnt complain, even tipped (I always tip, regardless), and left. I chalked it up to a bad polisher, and tried again.
The next time the design was fine, but I went home bleeding around the cuticles on my toes and around 2 fingernails. The nail tech was aggressive. I was worried about bacterial infections (as people have lost limbs from these types of things) so I vowed never to return. A coworker of mine went there, and she was turned away because they were "busy". She said there were several techs just sitting around. I told her about my experience, and she was happy that they were "too busy" (or lazy) to take her. At least she didnt have to bleed to find out that they are NOT A GOOD NAIL.
I won't ever be back there again.

I have been coming here for over a year and Katie (Ha) does a good job on my nails. I always make an appointment and I’ve only been 5 min late one time (and I tipped extra that day). I always tip 20%. Today when I called I was told 2pm and they would call if running late. I got there at 1:55. Katie had obviously just started someone’s nails and pedi. At 2:05 she told me 10 min. At 2:20 she told me 5 more min. She hadn’t even started the girls toes. I hope her walk in was worth losing a customer of over a year who always made appointments and always tipped 20%. When the market for nails is as saturated as it is around here, the nail salons should learn to schedule and keep to schedule for faithful customers.
Update: I called Katy back and she explained that someone had quit the night before and that she didn’t take a walk in over an appointment. I will see how it goes and update my review again.
