Andrea was super meticulous and is very much a perfectionist when she's taking care of you. Doesn't talk much but I prefer it that way because I like to relax when getting my nails done. My cuticles look amazing and my nails are on point. I'll be going back again.

After searching for a new nail salon home for a few months and being bullied and abused and having my nails drilled out 🥵 I found my new home at Lavender! I was treated great and with care I now have a new amazing nail tech Jess and she’s stuck with me cause I’m not leaving her ♥️ She listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations and it was lovely listening to piano player too! Thanks so much Lavender I and Jess I look forward to many years with you and fun nail designs 👍🏻

Moving up from Miami it's been interesting finding a nail salon who isn't afraid to do designs (very normal for us down south, LOL)
I didn't have to explain the design ... Just allow them to do their best work and I am very pleased.

Staff was very friendly and actually talked to me the entire time. My biggest pet peeve is when the staff talks only to each other and doesn’t provide true customer service, so great job. I’ve added in a photo of my nails; I’m an avid nail biter and use gels to stop biting, my salon stylist did an excellent job with the short and small nails and they had the color I always look for in a salon. Super sweet, great price, wish I could go back! (I’ll try to add photos when I’m on a computer!)

This nail salon has great customer service! Been going here for awhile now and they always greet you when you walk in and they offer you a drink; you never get that at a nail salon. There is hardly a wait like other salons that tell you 10 mins and really it’s 30 minutes. Very clean, which is important. Lastly, they don't rush you out, very calm atmosphere like a salon should be. No doubt they are awesome and deserve 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
