Not what I showed them I wanted in a picture. The man spoke no English and was super rude. He talked and laughed with his coworkers the whole time and even stopped in the middle of doing them to talk to his coworker. He was quick and sloppy with it and one of my ring fingers ended up uneven. When I was done, he charged me $47 and I asked why it had cost so much considering I only got short coffin nails that were white, no design. One of the other workers told me he ‘accidentally’ charged me $47 when it was $42. I guess he was expecting a tip, which I had planned too, but I was not happy with my nails at all.

Absolutely horrible!! Tech was more interested in getting me in and out, than understanding what I wanted.
After a few moments of attempting to discuss with her what I wanted. Apparently, due to the language dialect difficulty, she decided it wasn't important, and would not try to communicate with me. (She had no problem communicating and laughing with her colleagues in their native language during my entire pedicure.)
After my eyebrow wax, she didn't even offer a mirror for me to see her work.
"French" pedicure, pink or pink clear polish was never offered. Post pedicure, she decided that she needed to use the emeory board. Disturbing the integrity of the polish she just applied.
Gel "French" manicure, again, no color choice offered. The length I did have to my nails, was promptly filed off. My nails, now considerably shorter than I begin with, are 1/4th the entire length, white.
I am definitely not returning here!

Went to have nails done. Waited for almost a hour, 5 after me went before me. I would ask, just would say a few more minutes, your nails different. Well 2 we’re getting the same nails as I was! Finally I left, with them still telling me, but I don’t understand your next! Don’t have hours to spend waiting when they are letting other walk ins in front of you just because they are rude and don’t care. Won’t be back there again.

I asked for a specific color, I was asked to look for the color behind the counter. I had to get on the floor and look for the color I wanted. I don't work there, I don't know how things were organized and there was no obvious organization system, simply chaos. I didn't find the color so I found one similar, however it was not the brand I wanted. I want a specific color and brand because I have had bad experiences with the salon's brands in the past. I tried to calm down, and understand what could be happening. As I sat down, there was a snow globe in the middle of the table, so I moved it. She moved it back and put my hand on the snow globe. WTF. Then she smudged 3 nails on my left hand and they are not filed correctly. I will never return, and I will attempt to talk anyone out of going there.
