I recently just moved to the Mansfield area and was in search for a new nail salon. I came across Top Nails Spa while doing a google search and after reading a few reviews, I decided to call and make an appointment. My first appointment was on time and the whole atmosphere was such a great vibe and cleanliness. Loanne and her staff are all welcoming and nice I've visited the spa at least three times and refuse to go elsewhere. My daughter now also goes with me and each visit is pleasant. They truly take care of their clients needs and never do rush work. I will continue to tell others about this location and be a lifetime client. Thanks Top Nails Spa for always being professional, on time, and friendly.

I visited today for the first time with some friends and received the best manicure and pedicure of my life. The technicians were all very friendly, took their time doing a great job, and provided a very relaxing experience for us. My feet and hands look brand new. We’ll definitely be returning for another treat-yo-self Tuesday.

What I asked for vs. what I got
Nice staff and clean environment. Pedicure = great. Full set= blah.
I specifically asked for a full set acrylic American coffin and was given a gel set of white coffin nails even after showing my nail tech the exact image of how I wanted my nails. They tried to charge me $10 extra for gel nails until I pointed out that not only did I ask for AAC over the phone before arriving but even in my Google search (the image I showed my tech ) I specified acrylic American coffin. My nails were filed too much on the sides, exposing natural nail bed and overall the detail work was mediocre. My pedicure was nice and relaxing but my nails did not satisfy.

I love coming here!! They’re always clean and when you walk in they take your temperature & make you wash your hands. I love all the workers they always great me and make me feel welcome! Definitely 5 stars🤍 the nail tech always listens to what I want and always delivers!

I have finally found my place. Loanne is very professional, and truly listens to what you want and makes sure you leave with that. I also love that she trains her staff so everyone is great, you get the same result with anyone available. The space is very clean and beautifully lit. I am excited to be a long time client. 💕
