5 - Stars for Tony! It's a great place but services varies greatly depending on who you see. I would recommend trying this place if you like good service at a good price.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience! I just left this place with my sisters and they made all three of us bleed. Never coming back to this place. Please be advised.

I've been having my nails done here for years, by Lily. Everyone is great, but shortly after my first new set, she had me figured out for beautiful, strong nails that last until I see her 2 weeks later, no lifting or any other imperfections unless its caused by my own doing. I have moved from south SA to south Austin and refuse to find a new salon closer, the 30 minute drive is worth the good, reliable work, to me. This is my latest acrylic color change, #79 if you go wanting the same color. They have a great selection of acrylic, shellac & dip colors- and always adding to the selections. I do shellac/gel on my toes, lasting 3+ months, no chipping, just grown out & time to change! Walk in wait time isn't too much of a wait, usually, but I recommend calling ahead. Lily is nearly only by appointment, I always call a day ahead, or at least the morning of, so I know to run errands before if she's booked for her first couple hours.

my experience with Kitty nails was terrible I went into take off my acrylics and immediately the lady started taking off my nails with nail clippers honestly to me it is not the best way to take off nails because it ruins your nails but she continued and it was very painful and she took off nails on both my hands with nail clippers and both of my hands had bleeding nails and my nails look terrible and I wanted to be able to get shellac on my real nails and they made me very upset on the technique they used on taking my nails off so I decided just to get a cleaning and a manicure a classic manicure I really did not want to pay for the take off because it was so aggressive and rushed but I paid For it anyways and she did not shave my nails and the classic manicure was terrible never going to Kitty nails again I give it less than one star.I have never had a terrible experience with a nail salon like I had with this nail salon never ever going again and I’m telling everybody I know not to go either. I have actually posted about it on social media and multiple friends have told me they have gone there and have had the exact same experience

First time going it was an ok experience. I do like that they have a punch card. If you spend $35+ you receive a punch 10 punches a $35 service free. Would've liked to feel a lil more welcomed even though I am not a regular.
