I went to get my eyebrows waxed and they totally messd them up and when she was done I told her to let me see them and she didn't hand me the Mirror so I new something wasn't good I don't recommend this place to anyone I will never be back

LMAAAAAAOOOOO, my mother had gotten an appointment from this place because her shop was closed for today, so she went here. When i went along with her, she wanted a medium acrylics, and i wanted gel pastel pink nails. After an hour, i was done, for some odd reason, my hand felt so heavy, like at least 3 pounds, so i waited for my mom to finish, after an hour had passed by, she was done, we paid and left, and let me spill the tea here. HER NAILS WASN'T RIGHT, IT WAS ALLLLL CROOKED LIKE YIKES!! After a day or 2, my NAILS BROKE OFF, i didn't even touch anything! The gel just popped off, ripping almost a part of my nail!!! My mom on the other hand was fine, but after 4 days, the acrylic SNAPPED, ripping her entire nail off!! We went to the emergency STRAIGHT AWAY. Terrible place, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I got a full set around noon on a Friday. I only saw 2 workers there and i was the only customer in there throughout my process.I got a acrylic full set for $25. Didnt look tidy enough for me to even want a pedicure. I never get fancy designs or colors anything because I can't due to military regulations.
The person that did my nails was the guy with the long hair. Overall it was an ok job.
1. The thing I did not like was that he loves using the drill. When I told him I want short nails he clipped and said I'll go shorter later, placed the acrylic and then used the drill to shorten my nails which scared me a bit due to the pressure and speed.
2. They don't have much color options. Half of their polish is dried up. So there's likely not going to be a color you want. Good thing I have a stash at home. He almost tried getting me to use gel (which I hate cause I like changing colors often) when he was having trouble opening the polish. But he got it open
3. When I washed my hands there were no paper towels. The lady there instructed me to use the towels they use for everything from pedicures to wiping down furniture. I suppose they were maybe clean but kinda grossed me out. Looked like auto workmen cloths.
Im satisfied with mine. They're everyday nails. But the quality could be better. I only went because I happened to be shopping in the area.

So I’m still trying to figure out why this place is still open. This place is awful! At the time we went here they made my pregnant sister who is in the middle of getting a pedicure get off of the chair just to accompany new customers and when the newer customers refused and called them out for rushing a pregnant woman to accommodate them they practically begged them and followed them to the parking lot to bring them back into the shop.They insulted me, and put some cheap stuff in the water and my feet have been peeling since we went here.

The brownish/tan nails are mines it the photos, worst Customer Service I've ever had. When the older woman was finished with my nails I told her that I didn't feel comfortable with how they look and if someone else could do them, she then said "No Refund" I politely told her that I didn't want a refund just them done over, she said No whoever else was there can't do it, then went on about how she's been doing nails for 20 years and she didn't mess my nails up and how she spent an hour on my nails. Also said if I didn't like them to not come back. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!!
