Just came for my second time today and all I can say is WOW! They’re so friendly and helpful! My sns is filed evenly and not bumpy at all. Also, Mai has done my pedicure both times now and she’s the sweetest lady ever! (Also the pedicure looks and felt great!) I will be coming here regularly from now on. I just moved to this area and I really thought I was going to have trouble finding a new spot but this is it!

Brought my teenage daughter in for a full set of acrylics. We had been referred to Nail Queen by two regulars who are dear friends, so expectations were high. They went above and beyond to make sure both my daughter and I were comfortable, and were beyond personable and welcoming. The facility was also very clean and spacious. Amazing pricing considering the quality of work, as well. I will be back again and again!!

I have been going to Nail Queen for over 10 years. I've tried many other places over the years and always find my way back. The staff is very kind, professional, and personal. I love walking in, and everyone knows who I am. The shop is kept very clean, and I am always satisfied with my results. I highly recommend Nail Queen!!

Today was the last day I'll allow these people to ruin my nails and take my money for it. The shape of the nails look terrible, not coffin like I asked. The color is supposed to be matte black but it looks like they scraped them on concrete. Even my boyfriend said they look raggedy. Not to mention at least 3 of my fingers are cut from the drimmel. She Sliced into my skin to remove my cuticles with the drill. My appointment was at 2:30 and I wasn't started on until after 3. The place is dirty and cluttered inside. I have given this place chance after chance. Today is the last straw. If they can't follow through and do a good job AT LEAST OFFER REFUNDS. $70 DOWN THE DRAIN. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Edit: LOL at their reply. They looked like garbage after they were "fixed". Went straight home and took them off. Ya'll are so lazy!! Go clean your filthy salon!
