evidently this is a great place to come if you want a PEDICURE. Have been sitting in the waiting area for 30 minutes now and have not been helped. Yet many people have walked in after me who wanted a pedicure and got helped immediately. Very annoyed...

This is my local salon currently, so I am going to be doing my own nails from now on. It was very crowded and the massage chair they put me in sounded like it would blow up any second. I didn't have a huge problem with that, but I but I asked for regular polish and all they offered to me was gel, which they up charged me for accordingly. I was taken back by their rough sales tactics and inability to provide me with what I wanted, even when I asked multiple times. Lastly, I had a mediocre pedicure. Gel, against my wishes, which was apparently laced with unicorn tears because they charged my over 50 dollars for this pedicure. Not the color or polish type I requested. Good things about this place: people actually doing the work were decently nice and my full set has lasted over a week. But that primo gel polish they put on my toes and grossly overcharged me for chipped in less than a week. I will not be coming back.

Got a brow wax in a chair in the middle of the room where everyone else was getting their services. Will not be back for a wax. I would rather not be on display and I would like for someone to understand what I am saying before they wax off part of my brow!

Well when I showed up they were very busy. I just needed a manicure. To my surprise I was seated quickly, and had two different people work on me to get the job done. I will be returning today for eyebrows and a pedicure, in response to the comment below, to the pregnant feet. FYI $25 is actually extremely cheap for a pedicure. You get what you pay for.
Now If you paid $60-$100 for a true spa pedicure, I also would be pretty pissed if I did not recieve a massage and sugar scrubs etc. They arent offering a "Spa pedicure" on their menu. If you want that, you need to tell them or find a more high dollar place. Sorry not being rude just stating a fact.

Horrible Experience!
I will NEVER go here again for anything.
I went to just have my nails soaked off, nothing more nothing less. The 2 ladies that first took me were inspecting my nails as if they were foreign objects, then preceeded to talk to one another "in their language" about my nails. They moved me over to another desk and the guy started talking about me too, only with him, he was talking and making jokes about them so all his coworkers could look up at me and laugh. EMBARRASSING AND DISRESPECTFUL! Don't downplay someone else work to try and gain clients.
Im actually a Nail Technician myself and I did this in purpose just to get an idea of how I WIll NOT run my salon, let alone allow this type of disrespect in my environment!
