It’s so unorganized and dusty in there. Nothing is labeled and not a price label in there. Everything I have bought in there has been over priced. The people working in there don’t even know their own product.
I asked for a light pink acrylic powder and it was completely clear when applied. I went back hoping for an exchange with the correct shade. Instead this man takes out product from another container to match the amount I had returned with. Mind you I did only one set with the acrylic so I barely used any. When I asked why he did that he started blaming me because I used some. How was I gonna know it was going to be completely clear without testing it? Wouldn’t have happened if he gave me the right shade to begin with. Oh and then just shoved the old acrylic back in the shelve.
In conclusion , go to another place with actual prices and customer service.If you do go make sure to sanitize everything. I don’t know how long all that product has been there.

love this place- they have EVERYTHING. shelves are a bit crazy but store staff is super helpful, straightforward and knowledgeable.

Went in for one item, the store is a little bit of a disaster. There is shelving everywhere, product all over the place and not very organized in any shape way or form. I wish it was a better more organized store because it’s down the street and I’d be happy to shop there if it didn’t look like a whirlwind passed through. Also some of the product looked a bit old, the polish on the wall was so old the pigment has separated from the alcohol in the polish. Not trying to bag on the store but I could definitely use some love.

They’re never open, workers don’t even really speak English, and scammed us giving me a small brush making me pay 40$ for it when I asked for a size 12, not some thin paint brush.
