Been here a few times, but today I got nail tech Ms. Vickie! She is the best! She did an amazing job on pedicure. And that massage! Omg 😍 I will definitely be back but only for her.

So I’m actually very shocked that this place doesn’t have a five star rating. I went in for my first time today and I had Sandra, she did my old said manicure with shellac polish, and did an amazing job very well care of me. This is my first time ever going to Cali nails I usually go across the street to Venice nails, All the time I never get a chance to get the customer service that I would expect from a relaxation spot. But here at Cali nails that is exactly what I got today. Not only did she do my nails phenomenally, but I showed her a picture of the color and style I wanted and she did exactly that! I would completely recommend going here and setting an appointment up with Sandra! She did an amazing job!
For the reviews that are complaining about The lack of nail tech, obviously don’t realize the fair load star ratings are causing nail techs not want to work there and goes other places when they know that they can do the job right. The service issues that people are explaining on past reviews are minimal things wait times are common in every nail salon if you are going to get your nails done and you have to wait then politely asked for them to soak your nails while you’re waiting. If the nail color doesn’t match Remember that you okayed it. Dissect missions are just trying to do their job with what they die if it happens to be less technicians to do nails and there’s a longer wait time because of it...make an appointment🤷🏻♀️

This place felt super dirty, and I didn’t love my nails afterward. I didn’t ask for square tip, and she really went for it, she also shaved them down after a gel manicure. I’ve never seen anyone do that before. The color on the end of my nails is all faded because of it. I’d feel better if it were cheap but a gel manicure was $35. $45 if I did French tip. I’m from Austin so I’m not sure if prices like that are competitive down here but I felt like I definitely did not get my money’s worth.

Me and my moms best friend went they did a fantastic job,they were very gentle with my nails and the file vicky does amazing
