I was in Knoxville with my children, my son takes classes at the talent agency right behind the nail spa. So I decided that while he was in a four hour class my daughter and I would get a manicure and pedicure. When we walked in a man asked how he could help. My daughter and I both stated what we wanted. Then a lady looked up and said that they didn't have time right now. But No one was waiting. They were both working in someone. Was it because we are black???????? If not, that's the feeling I got.

Annie's is great! She takes the time to do a good job, explain what she is doing and answers all my questions. They take appointments and stay on time so I don't have to wait! Call ahead!
I saw a post where someone thought they weren't helped because of their race? That's just not true! The employees are of various races as are the customers I see there and everyone is friendly. Strong recommend.

Annie and Danny are wonderful! I've been going here for several years. Service is consistent and I've never been disappointed! I recommend setting an appointment as it's just two of them most days. I love their salon because they spend the time to do the job right and I don't feel rushed along like many other establishments.

It definitely was not because you were black. They only take appointments. If they took you how would they explain that to their appointment. They have regulars. Believe me they are prejudice.

I had my nails done for the first time in 6 or 7 years do to the work I do. I got nails done and I am not happy. I wanted them to look natural I don't like color on my nails. Anyway I got home n was looking and I could tell my real nails from the ones she put on. The acrylic was not even I had lumps all over my nails. That's on top of having to fix one nails six times in one week cause it kept coming off. I will not be going back it I have I will drive to the east side and get my nails done. They was very nice though I give them that.
