I went in last week to get my chin and lip waxed. The waxer took it upon herself to wax the entire side of my face in addition to my chin. When I asked what she was doing she told me she was doing me a favor. Um...what? Now I am breaking out on the sides of my face. I will not be back.

This salon is a hidden gem!! It may be small, but they always treat their customers so kindly! Whether I spend a few bucks getting a touch up or for a full mani/pedi, they do beautiful work :). They take their time and it is obvious they take pride in their work. You could go into ktown/DTLA where they charge 3x more, but you get the same beautiful quality of work here for a better price!
