I hate to be that negative person, but this was the worst pedicure I have ever had. This was my second time. The first time I made an appointment, and they made me wait almost 45 minutes after my time. The girl they put me with, “Trisha”, had a horrible cold and was sneezing, coughing and wiping her nose during my entire pedicure. She never made eye contact and she dug so hard into the corners of my toes that I bled and had to ask her to stop. Thought I would give it ONE more shot — huge mistake. Got the same girl, Trisha. When she ran the foot bath and told me to put my feet in, it was nothing short of SCALDING hot water, that I immediately yanked my feet out and screamed because it hurt so bad. I have a blister on the top of my foot - that’s how hot their water is and it blows me away that they don’t have a temperature regulation. If I wasn’t leaving on a business trip the next morning and really needed my toes done, I would have walked out. After all that, after about 15 seconds, she asked me to put my feet BACK IN while I could clearly see steam coming out. I reached in with my finger and it was still scalding hot. I told her “ just drain it” and start over. No English. She laughed and talked her language with the others. The rest of the pedicure was just painful so I just endured it. This lady needs to be fired, and they need to have temperature regulations on the water. For the Sawgrass location, they really need to hire professionals. These people are a joke. If I could give a negative five stars, I would. Go down the street to any other place and you will have a much better experience.

They have no clue how to do designs and the woman I was with literally answered her phone, put in headphones and sat on FaceTime talking to a woman not minding if my face was in her video chat. I found it very rude. There is religious items around the salon, in my eyes politics and religion do not belong in a salon. I will never return nor recommend going to sawgrass nails!

Very friendly staff! Got a manicure and husband got pedicure. They did a great job! Clean and nicely decorated atmosphere. We will be back!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The customer service was horrible the second I walked in (and the place was completely empty). After being greeted with eye rolling, the nail technician proceeded to remove my previous gel polish, but was so rough in removing the polish that she CUT MY FINGER with the metal tool she was scraping off the polish with and MADE ME BLEED AND LAUGHED ABOUT IT. I’m hoping my finger doesn’t get infected after this, but I will never ever return to this place.
