I went to world nails and spa 2 times. My experiences were bad! Staff is very argumentative and rude. The first time we came we got shellac (after asking for tips and dip) and about a week later our acyrlc nails were popping off and breaking in half. We gave them another chance and the 2nd time agian they gave us tips and shellac after asking for dip... but this time 1 day after our appointment my moms gel nail polish was chipping off her nail. And 4 days after her pinky finger ripped in half. We went back for a fix and a staff member argued saying "it broke because we got dip" (when they gave us shellac) it took 58 minutes for them to fix one nail. We walked right out of that place after very un happy. Speaking of appointments they are very un organized and start nails 30 min after appointment was scheduled. Nails looked nice and that's is about it. I will NOT be coming here agian. Thank you very much

Set appt for 11am yesterday which was Thursday and today Friday they seemed to not be organized and remember when they set appointments. So inconveniencing to come to a appt you are told they didn't know they had. Complete waste of time. If you know you won't have enough people available for a certain time don't set an appt close to those times. Losing business for not thinking business like.

I got my nails done and also a pedicure and they were extremely careful and very good work.
