Everytime I come , I have a GREAT experience ! My fav nail tech in Kim ♥️. She’s always hook it me up . She’s respectful , considerate , & a great listener ! I been to others in the salon & I got the same treatment . I really enjoy the love I get from there .

This place has disgusted me.. The guy had a nasty attitude. From the moment i walked in the door. I feel like i was overcharged for a mediocre job! He embarrassed me about my feet when i thought they were suppose to make u feel the opposite! I have never felt so humiliated as today... And this was a birthday gift....

These people are so bad I really want to see if I can go back in and get my money back ... that’s how bad it is ! I went in very happy and excited about getting my nails done because I haven’t got them done in so long ... but it ended very badly ... for starters the made fun of my nails and toes .. I got my nails done by Charlie which probably isn’t his really name ! He did my nails at the predicure section while I was getting my toes done ... I told him I rather wait and sit down at his section , he told me no .. and did my nails there instead anyways ... my nails came out crooked and he charged me for Gel but gave me Acrylic . I was so mad ... then the guy doing my pedicure cut my toes in 2 places , I paid for a deluxe and never got a massage !!! He literally patted my legs ... and talked about my toes the whole time ... when I asked what they were talking about , they happily said your toes !!! So after this whole humiliating process , at the end I ended up paying $70 for a gel set which wasn’t given to me , a deluxe pedicure which was never given to me , 4 days down the line my nails are lifting and my heels are still cracked and that’s why I wanted the deluxe for my feet , I’m soo upset I literally want my money back but I know it will just cause a scene and I won’t recieve anything back from them ... DO NOT COME HERE . It doesn’t matter if you don’t have that much money and want your nails done , you can get better service somewhere else or just save your money and wait till you get alittle more to go somewhere else , these people will rip you off like they did me ... they really should be investaged ...

My first time ever trying this place and it was horrible.... I would never go back to this place . I came in on last Thursday evening to get my nails done within 4 days my nails were coming up .... Linda was the one who did my nails .. so Tuesday when they were coming up i called and asked for her she wasn’t there in that day so i called that wendsday she was not there mind you i don’t stay in that area so finally by Thursday i had called and she was there i spoke with her and told her what was going on she then said ok i can come and asked me what day i was coming i told her Saturday at 4 so i called back in Friday to remind her .. Saturday came i went to the nail salon she had me wait for 25 mins when she sat down she immediately started asking how did my nails come off three had came off by this time . I told her they were lifting up meaning that it hurts so that’s why i took them off i said ... she told me that she was going to be charging me 4$ to fix an issue that was her fault i then told her no why would i pay and my nails were lifting up in 3 days i then left overall this is not a way to treat 1st time customers

I love Vincent for my hands and Ann for my feet! They are the best!! Always satisfied with the level of work that's done here!!
