I accompanied my wife to GlamMe nails and we were all but ignored and was told to come back in one hour in which we did. Still, we were not taken in and treated as if we were not there. In addition, the venting system was non existent or broken and I could not breath properly for a few hours upon leaving there. I gave one star to this place only because I am in a generous mood.

Initially wanted a fill on my acrylic nails on Monday, called and was told by a woman to come in on Wednesday. So on Wednesday I called to make sure it was a good time and the same woman said No, not a good time. I ended up going on Friday because at that point they were ready to be removed. But that was the worst experience of all, just take a look at the number she did :/ and not to leave out how painful these are for me to try and care for now...extremely disappointed that Ken is such an amazing artist that cares for your nails but then there are people like this at the SAME salon.

I Went GlaMe Mails to have my nails Gel painted, the reception I got was very poor. My husband and I are interracial couple which I know was The reason I was snubbed. The woman asked me if I had an appointment which I answered no. She asked me to return in an hour, I felt the salon was empty enough on a Sunday to take me then. Upon my return she did not acknowledge me so I went to her to asked how much longer. She told me 5-10 minutes,
after that time passed she still did not acknowledge me again. I decided to go back again and that's when I knew for sure she did not want me there. The same woman looked up and then turn away like I was not there. My husband came for me and we left. This is a very poor behavior for present day America shame on you GlamMe Nails Salon. I went to Tipsy Nail in Military Trail and got treated well. What a difference my friends and I will continue going to Tipsy Nail.
P.S. My husband got repository discomfort fro the poor ventilation system from the GlamMe Salon

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!!!!!
I was in tears getting “gel dip nails” for the first time at this salon. I would have spoken up and said something about how much it was hurting, but didn’t know how the process of putting them on worked and was intimidated to say anything after already speaking up about the length I wanted the nails to be over FOUR times, and was then huffed and puffed at by the nail tech rudely. Man did I speak up when she ALMOST CUT THE TIP OF MY THUMB OFF THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was using scissors to cut the length of my nail shorter and, amidst her rushing, caught a good amount of the tip of my thumb in the shears. I shoved her hand away as she started to clip my finger tip, and she apologized but did not stop rushing. I later came to find out that she was rushing because the salon didn’t actually have enough time for me and had incorrectly scheduled my appointment time. I cried once I got to my car because my finger nails were painful, bleeding, red, swollen, and not even the same color as the swatch I had picked out. My fiancé couldn’t even hold my hand for several days after because they were so sore. Do NOT ever go to this nail salon. I would have scored a 0/5 stars if it were possible.

If I could give it more than five stars I would. Ken and MiMi did my nails and I have never been more happy at a salon. They pay attention to detail and really perfect what they do. Will only go here in the future.
