I called to see if this hair school New how to braid and they told me YES!!! I asked for 6-7 braids to the back that take about 30 mins or less to do. They didn't know how to bread the braids aren't professional done. It look like I tried to braid my hair knowing I don't know how to braid and the manager had the nerve to say $20. Smh All they had to say is "I don't know how to braid African American hair." No wash just 6-7 braids and charged me $20.
Now let's talk about my brother hair.. When I called I asked do you have a barber to cut men/kids hair.. The lady said Yes! All three of my brothers were suppose to go get a cut but two were sick (thank God) the one brother that did go with me is upset about his haircut and will not walk around without his hood on his and now saying he can't wait til our vacation is over so he can go back home to Chicago and have someone fix what this shop messed up. He don't have a lining, he hair is on even throughout his whole head, she tried to give him part and this BOLD LINE in the middle of his head. Just ridiculous and still charged him. I don't recommend this place to anyone because they are false advertising the business. Say you don't know how to do our hair and I will find out what I can do to get a full refund for this mess that your business created.
The girl that did (including manager) my braids tried to fix the awful haircut they did on my lil brother hair which took about 20-25 mins to do (not much she could fix and he's upset about what happened). I refused to pay $20 so my little brother paid $10 for my cut and $5 for his in cash.. I paid $10 on my card. We were late for our 10am appointment.. we arrived around 10:20-10:30 and left at 11:40 and that's because we were conversating with the girl who braided my hair and complaining about what this place charged us. All this happen within a little over a hour and I was charged $20 but was told I will be charged half the price for 30 mins of service $10

The building is clean, atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is always helpful and professional.

I've loved the results every time I've gone here. All over color, highlights, cuts, everything has been perfect.
