Made an appointment for 4:30 for a manicure and on the phone they made it clear I have to be there at 4:30 but when I show up they tell me I can’t get in yet I have to wait 20 minutes so I wait the 20 minutes and the whole time the nail techs are laughing and talking in their language my nail tech even spit in my face because of how hard she was laughing on top of that she was very rough and cut my finger twice one of them very deeply too. I do not recommend this place at all if you don’t want to leave the shop bleeding and spat on.

My first time going there was ok. The nail technician was rough but did my nails really good. Bad thing was that she almost cut one of my toe nails too short but I told her no and then while she was doing my acrylic nails, she cutted the side of one of my finger tips. I told her about it and she only said sorry and then laugh with her other co-workers and started talking in Vietnamese.
The second time, I had a different nail technician. She was gentle but did ok with my nails. So their shop is getting 2 stars and no I won't come back to this nail shop.
Another thing I noticed was how nice those nail technicians treat the white women going there. I didn't see them greeting me or the middle eastern lady and the black lady the way they were with the white women.

I used to come here all the time. A little bit ago, I came for french acrylics. The technician filed so much under the acrylic that she chipped the white part....which is the main focus of a french manicure. When I asked for her to fix it, her solution was to top it off with white polish. I'm shocked that the insisted I pay full price for a service that I was requesting to be fixed. AVOID this place because their customer service is horrible.

Best nail place in the area! The only place I get my eyebrows done! Very good customer service, very neat and caring staff! :)

Came in 20 mins before closing and asked for the quickest pedicure ever (I've been traveling for days and my feet hurt) they were so sweet and didn't make me feel rushed. I love this shop
