if you have sensitive nails or hate the process for getting your nails done like i do, this is the place. they are so gentle and kind and welcoming i come back every time i want my nails done. they know how much i hate the process but then make it really enjoyable to have them done. i highly recommend this nail spa

Very disrespectful to customers! They think themselves too successful to fail and it is Ok to be rude to some customers but the reality is that one customer complaint can shut down this business if they did not comply with laws.

Went in to have Sns nails. I was very impressed even though reviews on here were not good. I took into Consideration that the other reviews were 6 to 9 years old. I was pleased with my sns nails they even did my cuticles which no other place has done and the lady who did my nails got me out quick

Went in, and asked for gel nails french manicure. I had really short nails. She asked me white tips? Well french manicure does have white tips so I said yes. Then she put white nails on. On my short nails they looked ridiculous. More than half my nail was white, until I had her file them down so much that they did not even look long, and then they were still half white., They looked awful. I would think that a professional nail tech would know that putting a white tip on short nails would not work. And what do they do when you are getting a fill and the nails are growing out? Doesn't make sense. Any time I have had french manicure before, they sprayed on the white. Then they charged me full price, knowing how upset I was. Never again! My son laughed at me for going to a nail salon at Wal mart
