As many have posted, the restaurant is a bit disorganized, though not so much that it is any worse than many restaurants today. The quality of their Pho is good. I have been eating Pho since the late 80's and would say that the Pho here is a little above average and worth the price. The only reason I gave only 4 stars was that they did not properly tie the Pho container in the bag and it ended up spilling on the carpet in my car. Lost about a 1/3 of the Pho. Downside is my car's carpet is now wet. Upside is that what better smell can there be in your car. The fact that they caused a mess in my car would lead me to give a 2 star but since the made my car smell nice I will give them a 4. If the manager reads this, please ensure your staff know how to properly tie the Pho broth bag together with the outer bag.

The food is fair priced and you get a large plate for your money. Everything tasted fresh and the server was sweet. I went the very next day and got more food

Friendly workers for the most part, but the food quality is definitely underwhelming. My girlfriend knows her pho, and said it's not very good. We really wish there were some great Asian cuisine options around town and hoped this would have been the place to satisfy those cravings on this side of town, but it's just underperformed each time we've given it a chance to the point where we just don't come here anymore.
We'll give them some distance and we'll try again later, because there's always room for improvement and we never want to write off someone permanently when they could recognize there's improvements to be made in quality, but knowing their friendliness I'm sure they're going to continuously try to do better and we'll pay them another visit here in the future to give them another shot.

Waited for 20 minutes in a single booth in the open. Consistently tried to get a waiters attention too busy socializing. When another couple came in they were instantly served. Way to go Pho. Definitely won't be coming back.

Terrible terrible. I picked up a sweet and sour chicken plate to go. I spit the chicken out it was so hard in places. There was dry definitely old tasting chicken that has been sitting there. The rice is not really fried rice. It’s super bland yellow rice. It’s so expensive there and I did not expect such a disgusting plate. I would not recommend wasting money here.
