I showed on Sunday at 2pm. The owner said there would be a 45 minute wait. I said ok, signed the sheet and asked him if I could sit in my car and work. He said sure come back at 2:30. I came back at 2:30 and he made me waited until 3:30 to even get in a chair. I saw a lady walk inside while I was sitting in my car and she left before I even got waited on. Once I got in the chair the gentleman doing my toes didn’t cut my toes nails! When he was “massaging” my legs, it felt like terrible and I asked him to stop. I came here one other time and had a terrible experience then as well! I should have trusted my gut and avoided this place. Don’t waste your time. Charm Nail is right up the street and so much better!

I have been coming here for years but have recently noticed a decline in service and professionalism. I picked a baby pink color for my toes to match my nails. Sue started painting them and I noticed it was absolutely not the color I chose. I asked her about it and she got an attitude stating “it is the color you chose”. I then told her it looked nothing like that on the fake nail that had the color painted on it. She said that the light in the salon had faded the nail and acted like it was my fault?? I am extremely disappointed because I have always loved this salon.

I didnt want to go by the reviews without seeing for myself. Most employees were pleasant. My pedicure was less than average. Polish everywhere and my feet was dry.

Pure luxury spa is the best place to get nails done your feet done waxing and everything. Great place to go highly recommended
