I have gone to Kristine for at least 25 years. If you're going to spend an hour every other week with someone, you want someone who is pleasant, caring, and does a perfect job! She's always been dependable...she's co-owner. Over the years I've had stuff come up especially when I worked crazy job and had to reschedule --she has not once given me impression she was mad or upset with me. 100% consistently CustomerService focused. You will love her.
