I went to Shannon at Split Endz 4 to 5 times. She only ever trimmed my hair and I was overall satisfied most visits except for once when she gave me 2 to 3 inches of layers that I never asked for . After not coloring my hair for almost ten years I decided I wanted a small change and showed Shannon a picture of balayage (my natural light brown color gradually turning to blonde at the ends) When she started my hair I question her because it seemed like she was just doing typical highlights. She said she was using a different technique and not going all the way to the root. I left there feeling like I got basic highlights. It wasn't until I got home that I realized what I left with was TERRIBLE highlights. I had one chunk of a highlight in back. I had bleach lines that started 3 inches from my root and in other spots I had bleach spots! I called immediately. Shannon called me back and acted a little irritated and confused as to what I was explaining. Once I text her the pictures she replied that she was sorry and that this has never happened before. I can't understand how she could let me leave the salon that way. She offered to fix it but I couldn't trust that she could do that and asked for a refund. I paid in cash, she refunded me with a check and kept the tip I gave her which I thought was weird. Shannon was always nice but overall not a great hairdresser.

Shannon is incredible! Whole staff is very friendly. Been going there for many years!

Have been going here for years and I am always happy with the results. They are very friendly and have great service. The inside is very modern and inviting.

Shannon has been doing my hair for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else! Almost all of my family now gets their hair cut by Shannon! Would highly reccomend!
